We are hiring two Day of Decor Assistants to help bring the Grapes & Goods event space to life through setup, styling, and guest activation support.
All décor, materials, and instructions are provided by Grapes & Goods. This is a fast-paced, hands-on setup role focused on execution, presentation, and guest experience support.

As a Decor Assistant, you will support the transformation of the venue from setup through final styling. You will help build key installations, style event areas, and ensure the space is visually ready for guests.
This role also includes limited guest-facing support during an activation.

Assemble standing backdrop kits, including hanging and styling draping, as well as styling the photo backdrop
Style the decorative cabinet display
Set up and style activity tables
Place tablecloths on tables
Assemble and place event signage
Support final visual styling and last-minute adjustments before guest arrival
Assist guests with the wine charm station activity

Must be 21 or older
Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 - 30 lbs (boxes, décor materials, supplies)
Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods
Able to work in a fast-paced setup environment
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Comfortable assisting guests during a structured activation
Event, retail, styling, or hospitality experience is helpful but not required

We are hiring Guest Services Assistants to help create a welcoming and organized experience for attendees at Grapes & Goods.

Guest Services Assistants help create a smooth and memorable guest experience from arrival to departure. Projects may include supporting registration, distributing event materials, assisting with merchandise sales, answering guest questions, and helping maintain an organized, welcoming environment throughout the event.

Morning Shift: Help with event setup before guests arrive.
Afternoon Shift: Help with event breakdown following the event.
Welcome guests and provide a friendly check-in experience.
Scan tickets at the registration desk.
Verify guest IDs and apply 21+ wristbands.
Distribute wine tasting glasses, tote bags, and event materials.
Prepare and restock VIP tote bags.
Operate the Grapes & Goods merchandise booth, including processing purchases.
Answer general event questions and assist with guest throughout the venue.
Maintain organized registration and merchandise areas throughout the event.

Prior point-of-sale (POS) or retail checkout experience required.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 - 30 lbs (boxes, décor materials, supplies)
Friendly, professional, and dependable.
Comfortable interacting with guests in a fast-paced event environment.
Able to stand and walk for the duration of the day.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

We are hiring a Workshop Assistant to support Wine Seminars and Speaker Sessions at Grapes & Goods.
This role supports live programming by ensuring seminar spaces are fully prepared and speakers have on-site assistance for smooth session delivery.

The Workshop Assistant is responsible for supporting the execution of all seminar and speaker programming. This includes preparing each session space, assisting presenters before and during talks, and helping maintain flow between scheduled sessions so programming runs on time and professionally.

Set up seminar seating layout, signage, and presentation area prior to each session.
Test and confirm microphones, AV setup, and presentation materials before sessions begin.
Place and manage speaker water, notes, and required materials at podium or stage area.
Support timing and transitions between seminar sessions to maintain schedule flow.
Reset and prepare space between sessions as needed.
Support guest activity areas connected to seminar programming.
Assist with event setup in the morning and breakdown in the afternoon.

Must be 21 or older
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable working in a live speaker, seminar, or production environment.
Able to stand and move throughout event spaces for extended periods.
Strong communication skills and calm, professional presence under time-sensitive conditions.
Prior event production, hospitality, or stage support experience preferred.
