We are hiring two Day of Decor Assistants to help bring the Grapes & Goods event space to life through setup, styling, and guest activation support.
All décor, materials, and instructions are provided by Grapes & Goods. This is a fast-paced, hands-on setup role focused on execution, presentation, and guest experience support.

As a Decor Assistant, you will support the transformation of the venue from setup through final styling. You will help build key installations, style event areas, and ensure the space is visually ready for guests.
This role also includes limited guest-facing support during an activation.

Assemble standing backdrop kits, including hanging and styling draping, as well as styling the photo backdrop
Style the decorative cabinet display
Set up and style activity tables
Place tablecloths on tables
Assemble and place event signage
Support final visual styling and last-minute adjustments before guest arrival
Assist guests with the wine charm station activity

Must be 21 or older
Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 - 30 lbs (boxes, décor materials, supplies)
Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods
Able to work in a fast-paced setup environment
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Comfortable assisting guests during a structured activation
Event, retail, styling, or hospitality experience is helpful but not required

Flat rate: $150
This is a project-based independent contractor engagement, not hourly employment.
